Shamanic Reiki integrates shamanic practices with the potent healing energy of Reiki. Shamanic practices are ancient techniques used to align you with earth and nature energy, you higher self, spirit guides, power animals and animal totems for transformative healing work. As a Shamanic Reiki practitioner, I can see, feel, or hear where energetic blocks or negative energy are being held in your body. (These blocks may be preventing you from living a full healthy life). In this session, I will use Shamanic techniques to drive out or gently move these blocks from your physical and energetic bodies. Tools that may be used are drumming/rattles, crystals, Shaman breath, Light Language, or ceremonial sprays. After the blocks are removed, I will fill up the spaces with the healing energy of Reiki, Sound (crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes), or my crystal triangle.
Reiki is the practice of channeling energy, laying on hands, or simply working in your aura or energy field to facilitate healing. When we put these two practices together we amplify the power of each, allowing deeper healing at all levels of the mind+body+spirit.

Step into a world of ancient healing practices with my transformative Limpia Sessions. Rooted in traditional Mexican and indigenous culture, Limpia is a powerful spiritual cleansing ritual that aims to clear negative energies, emotional blockages, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
During our session, you will experience a sacred and gentle cleansing ritual through the use of herbs, flowers, feathers, prayers, and energetic work, you will release negative energies, emotions, and attachments that no longer serve you. I spend a great deal of time clearing the 13 joints that are believed to hold negative emotions, energies, trauma or thoughts.
Whether you seek emotional release, spiritual alignment, or simply a moment of peace and rejuvenation, the Limpia healing ritual offers a safe and supportive space for your healing journey.

Embarking on an energetic cord cutting ritual using candles can be a powerful and transformative experience. To begin, I will light a black candle to signify the release of negative attachments and a white candle to symbolize purity and healing. I will begin the ritual be adding a candle for each person you wish to cut energetic ties with if applicable. This can be people for past relationships, negative emotions, or limiting beliefs. After all cords have been severed, I will extinguish the candles as a symbol of closure and completion. During our time together, I will have you journal your reflections or intentions for moving forward to solidify your commitment to positive change.
Unbinding Spell: In the mystical realm of unbinding spells, a candlelit ritual holds profound significance and transformative power. I will light a black candle to symbolize the release of negative energies and bindings, a white candle to represent purity and clarity, and crystals, salts, herbs and other tools to help conduct this spell. an additional candle will be used to represent a specific person if the situation calls for it.
To begin the ritual, I will light the black candle to initiate the unbinding process. We will go through the ritual together as I guide you through the unbinding process. When finished, reflection and integration time will be provided to wrap up your session.
Both sessions take approximately 45-55 minutes and can be done virtually or in person.
